This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team of home care professionals in delivering exceptional services. As our Senior Home Care Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home care services, ensuring seamless client satisfaction and staff performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of experienced home care professionals to achieve high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance staff training and development, focusing on best practices in home care.
- Maintain open communication channels with clients and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure efficient coordination of services and seamless customer experience.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging staff to share ideas and suggestions for enhancing our home care services.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in operational leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare or social care sectors.
- A degree in any field or equivalent experience; ideally with a focus on business management, healthcare, or social sciences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. However, previous experience working in this area is required. Experience working in healthcare is advantageous but not essential.
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, requiring flexibility and adaptability. You will need to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments and teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
