Effective Property Operations Leader

The Property Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the building operation team, ensuring effective maintenance and management of the property. They oversee daily operations and facilities, including car-park management, while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate property operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
- Supervise teams of officers and technicians to maintain high standards of property care.
- Handle tenancy work for specific areas, renewing contracts as necessary.
- Engage closely with MCSTs on property and facilities management matters.
- Update data records and track utilities for M&E systems.
- Process reportable insurance cases promptly.
- Conduct annual pre-testing for Fire Safety Certificates.
- Renew building licenses and certificates in a timely manner.
- Oversee outsourced contractors, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Participate in feasibility studies and A&A project works assignments.
- Perform other duties assigned by senior management as required.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Property Development or Real Estate Management.
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Preferrably have expertise in Property/Real Estate management.
- Certification as an Environmental Control Officer is desirable.
