Electrical Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Quality Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in electrical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect incoming and outgoing electrical components according to specifications and procedures.
- Accurately record and manage quality data.
- Identify and report quality issues to management for corrective action.
- S segregate non-conforming products to avoid mix-ups before final decisions are made.
- Approve or reject electrical parts based on quality standards.
- Conduct routine tests and checks on switchboards manufactured in-house.
- Test and commission switchboards on-site or on vessels, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling any quality complaints or warranty issues.
- Manage official tests requiring the presence of surveyors, consultants, or customers.
- Assist the quality manager in achieving quality goals and responsibilities.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the quality department.
- Strictly follow safety protocols for all activities.
- Ensure inspection tools are calibrated and functional.
- Proactively prevent product non-conformity.
- Recommend, implement, and check the effectiveness of solutions for identified problems.
- Oversee the resolution process for non-conforming products.
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in electrical or switchboard manufacturing.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and adherence to safety and quality standards.
