Imagine a role where you have the opportunity to shape the future of search technology. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing a strong and robust infrastructure to support product fast iteration and key feature development.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable search products that meet the needs of our users.
  • Performance & Stability: Work on optimizing system performance and improving service stability to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Search Engineering Infrastructure: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee efficient Search architecture governance and overall system operations.
  • Search Offline Processing: Develop high-freshness multimedia indexes and provide reliable offline data support for Search Engines.
  • Backend Engineering Team Building: Help build and manage a talented backend engineering team from scratch.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant majors with at least 3-5 years of industry experience.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-analysis and -solving skills, hands-on experience with building backend services for large-scale consumer-facing applications, good coding skills, and basic algorithm understanding.
  • Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
