Daily Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee daily car park operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing day-to-day activities, planning and coordinating with clients on operational issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily car park operations within a group of car parks
- Plan and ensure efficient manpower deployment
- Coordinate and liaise with clients on operational issues
- Provide customer service and attend to feedback
- Perform timely revenue audit checks and car park inspections
- Liaise with customers' claims for refunds on erroneous charges
- Prepare circulars and information for clients
- Motivate staff and ensure proper training
- Prepare and submit reports as required
- Travel to site to resolve issues as necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the service sector
- MS Office proficient
- A good team player and able to work independently
- Possess own vehicle
