Job Summary:
We are seeking a Condition Monitoring Engineer to join our team in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of railway infrastructure. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for understanding system inspection characteristics, interpreting inspection data, and prioritizing defects for maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and experience in maintenance engineering. Proficiency in Excel, Python, and Power BI is also required. Microsoft Azure Data Engineer and Data Scientist certifications are advantageous.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Understand system inspection characteristics and interpret inspection data
- Prioritize defects for infrastructure maintenance to ensure safe and reliable train operations
- Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to integrate monitoring data into centralized data warehouses
- Identify and evaluate relevant condition monitoring technologies to enhance safety and reduce maintenance efforts
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Maintenance engineering experience is a plus
- Proficient in Excel, Python, and Power BI
- Microsoft Azure Data Engineer and Data Scientist certifications are advantageous
