Job Title: Real Estate Project Manager

About the Role

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a skilled real estate project manager to join our team in APAC. The role involves managing property transaction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full cycle of property transactions, including project planning, execution, and close-out
  • Coordinate with stakeholders such as investors, legal advisors, and internal customers
  • Develop and implement business cases related to property portfolio, ensuring alignment with global financial targets
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in property transactions and project management in APAC
  • Educational background in property management, finance or law
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Chinese an advantage
