Senior Transaction Manager APAC

This is a senior-level position responsible for managing the full cycle of property transactions from initiation to completion across the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire transaction process, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop business cases that meet or exceed global financial targets.
  • Provide expert support to the Investment Management team on sale and leaseback transactions.
  • Coordinate sales and leaseback transactions with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Handle leases and provide advice on lease agreements.
  • Collaborate with local country managers to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in property transactions and project management in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • An educational background in property management, finance, or law.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Chinese being an advantage.
