Main Responsibilities:

  • BIM/IDD Standards & Implementation

The successful candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of organizational BIM/IDD standards, supporting project teams in adopting and integrating new BIM technologies and workflows to enhance productivity and project quality.

  • Project/Tender Support

Key responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of BIM deliverables for tender proposals, assisting in the preparation of BIM progress and quality reports, and contributing to the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), IDD strategies, and Common Data Environment (CDE) setup.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Industry Collaboration

The selected candidate will support the BIM/IDD Manager in liaising with external stakeholders, including technology vendors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Innovation & Training

Responsibilities include researching and exploring emerging BIM/IDD technologies to enhance project workflows and improve productivity, assisting in developing training materials and conducting training sessions to upskill project teams on BIM tools and methodologies, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiency gaps and proposing innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or other relevant certifications in BIM Applications.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an engineering or construction company.
  • Candidate must have basic construction knowledge and able to read construction drawings.
  • Candidate must have knowledge in using Revit. Those who has Navisworks, Dynamo or Python would be an added advantage.
  • Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works.
  • Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
