About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Mortgage Business Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our mortgage business while providing expert loan advisory and solutions.

Your primary goal will be to acquire new clients through proactive outreach and referrals. You'll need to effectively follow up on loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will liaise with external parties such as lawyers and bankers to facilitate the loan process. This requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and positive attitude, and the ability to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the growth of our mortgage business by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
  • Provide expert loan advisory and solutions to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.
  • Liaise with external parties such as lawyers and bankers to facilitate the loan process.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Friendly and positive attitude, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances.
