We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive growth in the mortgage sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including property agents, brokers, and sales agents, to increase referrals for mortgage loans.
- Work independently in new environments, such as show flats and events, to promote mortgage products.
- Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to handle loan-related enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Engage affluent and mass market clients through various marketing campaigns, in-bound mortgage enquiries, and branch walk-ins/referrals.
- End-to-end management of mortgage loan applications, from case implementation to customer acceptance of loan offers.
- Perform off-office hours and weekend activities as required, such as networking events, campaigns, and show flats.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor offerings, conducting regular market updates and follow-up activities to enhance product differentiation.
