Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a leadership framework through roadmaps, strategies, programs, and processes to develop and empower student leaders.
  • Organize and deliver leadership training programs to ensure appointed leaders are well-equipped to fulfill their roles.
  • Supervise and mentor student leaders in managing CCA clubs, ensuring the execution of programs meets both club and department objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program success and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Support and organize Student Life Academy programs and key department events.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Education, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in planning and organizing leadership activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis for program refinement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for organizing leadership programs.
