Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Water Treatment Systems Specialist to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This is an exceptional opportunity for professionals looking to expand their technical and commercial skillsets. As a Water Treatment Systems Specialist, you will work with advanced engineering systems across various industries such as pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and marine.

To succeed in this role, you will require a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering and at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in water treatment, industrial systems, or related fields.

Responsibilities
  • System Commissioning and Maintenance
  • You will be responsible for commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-purity water treatment systems (e.g., RO, ultrafiltration, vapor compression stills, carbon filters, distribution networks).
  • FAT/SAT and On-Site Diagnostics
  • Conduct FAT/SAT tests, on-site system diagnostics, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair
  • Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of pumps, valves, PLCs, and instrumentation to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • On-Site Operations and Training
  • Serve as an on-site operator or technical advisor when required and provide on-site training for clients and document service activities through detailed reports.
  • Sales Development and Customer Service
  • Develop and manage aftermarket sales for spare parts, service renewals, and system upgrades, as well as respond to customer inquiries, create quotes, and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Customer Record Management
  • Maintain customer records and service data using CRM tools (training provided) to ensure seamless communication and operational continuity.
