Healthcare Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Associate to join our team. As a dedicated professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.
About the RoleIn this dynamic position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, administrative support, and clinical assistance. Your proactive approach to addressing issues that arise in patient care and vendor liaison will be invaluable.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care:
- Assist patients with their needs, answer telephone calls, and schedule appointments.
- Provide guidance on basic clinic queries and respond to patient concerns.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage patient data records, obtain necessary information, and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist with patient health insurance claims, arrange hospital admissions, and provide clear guidance on clinical procedures.
- Manage internal and external communications, maintain inventory, and order stock and supplies when necessary.
- Clinical Duties:
- Dispense medications, provide financial counseling, and chaperone doctors during consultations as required.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of premises and consultation rooms, sterilize medical equipment, and sanitize designated areas.
- 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a clinic/healthcare setting is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, specialists, and public.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills to ensure quality services.
- Computer literacy/savvy.
- Able to work on weekends.
