Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled reliability engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing reliability test structures, performing qualification and providing reliability assessment for various mechanisms.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement reliability test structures
- Perform qualification and provide reliability assessment for various mechanisms
- Collaborate with fab and technology development teams
- Provide technical support on qualifications and reliability improvements
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (electronics, materials or physics) or PhD. A minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor reliability is also required.
