About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for a seasoned search expert with 8-10 years of experience who thrives on autonomy and has a strong personal network.

This is an independent contractor/associate consultant role that offers flexibility to work remotely and manage your own time. You will operate under a brand name with regional offices and have access to office and admin support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new client relationships within your practice area.
  • Leverage your network to open new opportunities and build a personal desk.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and talent priorities.

Search Assignments

  • Lead end-to-end search assignments, including market research, talent mapping, candidate sourcing, approach, assessment, and management of the interview process.
  • Presentation of qualified shortlists and provision of consultative advice throughout the selection process.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong research, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional presence, excellent communication skills, and strong relationship-building capability.
  • High standards of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing platforms, digital tools, and reporting processes.
