Lead Kindergarten Supervisor

This leadership role is focused on managing the daily operations of a kindergarten.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our centre activities, including planning and implementing weekly schedules and programmes for kindergarten children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curricula in line with Ministry of Education guidelines.
  • Manage staff scheduling to maintain an optimal staff-to-child ratio.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, school personnel, and other relevant authorities.
  • Plan and coordinate outreach programmes and excursions for kindergarten children during school holidays.
  • Evaluate our services through regular surveys with parents/guardians.

This position requires someone who possesses excellent leadership and supervisory skills, as well as experience in childcare, programme planning, and lesson planning.
