Job Title: Lead Educator for Early Years

The Lead Educator for Early Years plays a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of curriculum and programs, ensuring a high-quality learning environment that fosters growth and development in young children.



Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective curriculum and programs aligned with established frameworks to promote learning and development.
  • Drive improvements to teaching and learning approaches, enhancing the overall quality of the learning environment.
  • Lead the development of new strategies for engaging children and staff, promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of assessment tools and strategies, ensuring accurate measurement of children's progress and development.
  • Implement evidence-based classroom management strategies, promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Drive the implementation of appropriate health, safety, and hygiene standards, procedures, and policies to ensure a secure environment for all.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in early childhood education, implementing innovative teaching methods, tools, and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including families, community members, and partner organizations.
  • Strategize the coordination of activities with families and community stakeholders, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Drive new partnerships to enhance the center's programs and services, improving outcomes for children and families.
  • Manage and develop family and community programs, promoting social-emotional learning and well-being.
