Senior Electrical Engineer Role

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our rail power department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the power and electrical services system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage and maintain the power and electrical services system to ensure safety, reliability, and availability meet regulatory requirements.">
  • Lead the development and implementation of cost-effective maintenance programs that meet operational goals for power supply availability and reliability.">
  • Develop and revise work instructions, participate in complex investigative tasks, identify root causes, and manage comprehensive repair works.">
  • Manage non-executive staff, including participation in the selection process, handling disciplinary actions, conducting performance reviews, and involvement in staff training and development.">
  • Liaise with external agencies on all matters pertaining to the power supply system and its equipment.">

Requirements:

Essential qualifications include a degree or diploma in electrical engineering from a recognized university or polytechnic and at least 5 years of practical experience in power distribution and electrical services, preferably in a rail transportation environment.

Desirable skills include strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
