Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing warehouse operations, preparing and completing orders for delivery, receiving and processing stock products, and allocating tasks to staff members.

A minimum Diploma with relevant experience is required, along with well-developed organizational and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible, hardworking, and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in both verbal and written English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage warehouse operations, including handling day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products, maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Allocate tasks to staff members, promoting efficient teamwork and productivity
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols
Requirements:
  • Diploma in a relevant field, preferably with some years of related experience
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both verbal and written English and Mandarin
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
