Service Captain Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and seating customers efficiently, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, meeting the high standards of our restaurant.
  • Anticipating customer needs and providing solutions to ensure their satisfaction, maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere throughout the dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Min 1 year F&B working experience, preferably in a restaurant setting with a strong background in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Preferably with food hygiene certification to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
