Job Title: Restaurant Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee hours.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate cover during peak periods.
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in food service management, preferably with a hospitality background.
  • Possess sound leadership qualities, ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Good organizational and management skills, able to lead and motivate teams.
