We are seeking a skilled Placement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying major employers to create urban placement opportunities for students.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with managers and trainers. They should possess good knowledge and connections with corporate entities, as well as a commitment to working with marginalized communities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify major employers to create urban placement opportunities for students
- Arrange students based on company requirements and manage pre-placement profiling
- Visit company Directors and HR heads to understand their manpower needs and establish placement partnerships
- Coordinate with branches on placement procedures and monitor student progress
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in placing students from skilling/training/educational institutes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience and perseverance
