Job Title: Tourism and Hospitality Placement Coordinator

Description:

  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with mature candidates eager to stay active. You will work closely with these individuals to identify paid industrial attachment positions in the Hospitality sector for students under a Training Work Pass (TWP) for 6 months.
  • You will regularly visit prospective employers, exploring opportunities for our students, and process necessary paperwork for student assignments.
  • Monitoring students' welfare during their industrial attachments is also part of your responsibilities, as well as preparing logbooks and coordinating meetings with relevant departments.
  • You will conduct Industrial Attachment Orientations for students prior to placement and perform other duties assigned by your Supervisor or Deputy CEO.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have completed secondary education.
  • Bilingual capability is welcome.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software is required.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a related sales field is preferred.
  • Strong passion for helping students achieve lifelong learning goals is essential.
  • Candidates must be open to learning new processes and standards.
  • They must be student-oriented, possess good presentation and communication skills, and be able to organize and plan effectively.
  • Able to problem-solve, have high-stress tolerance, and make informed decisions.
