Fiduciary Service Professional

Job Overview:
The role involves business development, trust administration, client relationship management and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to client enquiries, meet with prospective clients, prepare proposals for new business, and assist in business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reject business with unacceptable risks.
- Liaise with clients on the establishment of trust accounts and initial asset injection.
Trust Administration and Client Management:
- Act as point of contact for clients, liaise with clients on trust account administration.
- Day-to-day duties include attending to client queries, coordinating trust account activities, carrying out trustee functions, and documenting account files.
- Perform day-to-day unit trust administration duties for unit trust accounts and ensure timely delivery of net asset valuation reports to unitholders.
- Assist in opening banking and custodian accounts on behalf of trust accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in wealth planning, trust and other fiduciary services. Unit trust administration experience preferred.
- Professionally qualified – STEP or ICSA or studying towards the qualification.
- Strong knowledge in trust, tax, accounting, and company law.
- Able to review trust and related documentation.
- Able to start work within short notice preferred.
