**Job Title:** Fiduciary Business Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fiduciary Business Manager to join our team. As a Fiduciary Business Manager, you will play a key role in setting up trust structures and onboarding clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of trust structures and client data according to internal policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular trust reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse and address complex legal and accounting issues to make informed decisions.
  • Respond to requests from accounting and control departments for information and clarification.
  • Identify and highlight potential risks to the company's financial loss or reputation.
  • Manage regulatory, risk, and AML responsibilities.
  • Maintain fiduciary documentary files and perform record-keeping duties.
  • Active management of risk in administering complex structures and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present onboarding and periodic reviews of trusts and companies.
  • Understand trust and corporate accounting principles to review and approve financial statements.
  • Recognise and analyse legal, fiduciary, risk, and accounting issues to propose decisions or actions.
  • Maintain profitability through timely fee billings and identification of opportunities to charge activity fees.
  • Maintain security of clients and company information by filing sensitive documents accordingly.
  • Guide and coach junior team members in day-to-day administration of trusts and companies.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in trust management or a related field.
