**Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Specialist**
">We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Manufacturing Operations Specialist. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for the complete end-to-end planning, direction, and coordination of all manufacturing processes related to system integration for specific projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Production Layouts: Create efficient production layouts in line with build plan forecasts or pre-defined production run rates.
- Define Assembly Requirements: Determine requirements for assembly tools and equipment to support product realization and build plans.
- Collaborate with Program Team: Work closely with the program team to identify risks and implement preventive actions.
- Implement Certification Programs: Develop and implement certification programs for assembly teams to ensure training and competence in specific tasks.
- Design Kit Kart Systems: Collaborate with Process Engineers to design effective Kit Kart systems for materials handling and inventory management.
- Lead Technical Problem-Solving: Lead technical problem-solving for Assembly and resolve internal and customer quality complaints.
- Monitor Assembly Capacity: Monitor assembly capacity and perform ramp assessments to meet build plan delivery targets.
- Contribute to System Build Progress Meetings: Participate in system build progress meetings with the program team to meet on-time delivery targets.
- Evaluate Assembly Efficiency: Evaluate assembly efficiency and implement improvements to achieve calculated standard times.
- Ensure Consignment Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all consigned equipment is inventoried, calibrated, and maintained regularly.
- Implement Improvements: Identify and implement improvements to shorten production cycle times, enhance overall production efficiency, improve quality performance, and boost sustainability.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Precision, or Industrial) and at least 3 years of experience as an engineer in the manufacturing assembly environment. Essential skills include strategic thinking, creativity, systemic thinking, excellent leadership, and effective communication with all levels of associates and management.
