Senior Project Manager - Banking Systems

This full-time role offers a competitive salary and is based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of project management experience, overseeing projects from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Define approach and plan, track status, identify and resolve issues and risks, manage resources, and ensure governance compliance.
  • Understand and manage client banking system development or implementation projects.
  • Lead and execute system consulting and development projects from initiation to completion.
  • Create and present report materials based on project plans and status.
  • Oversee the entire software development life cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in business-level Japanese (reading, writing, speaking) to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic, and capable of managing projects across various IT skill levels and cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills to develop solutions for complex business challenges.

Preferred:
  • Industry knowledge or experience in banking operations or systems.
  • Highly organized with a process-focused mindset.
