HR Professional with Recruitment and Payroll Expertise

About the Role
We are seeking an HR professional to join our team at MCI Career Services Pte Ltd. This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled individual to work in a fast-paced environment, handling recruitment and training activities, as well as managing payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain accurate records in the HR system and employees' personal files
- Coordinate foreign work pass applications and renewals
- Verify and process work injury compensation claims, insurance, and medical claims
- Assist in market surveys from MOM and various HR-related surveys
- Prepare and submit government-related claims
- Prepare HR letters (employment contract, confirmation, annual increment, and bonus)
- Perform other HR/Admin duties as assigned by the immediate superior
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently, and in team settings
- MS Office proficiency
Working Arrangements:
This role involves working 5 days a week, with regular office hours of 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, located in Tuas.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is up to S$3,500 per month, commensurate with experience.
