Project Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Specialist to support project execution, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery of engineering solutions in semiconductor or cleanroom environments.

The ideal candidate will monitor and update detailed work progress and construction schedules. They will also coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestones.

The Project Specialist will review technical drawings and assist in creating isometric and P&ID layouts using AutoCAD. Additionally, they will prepare BOQs, submit engineering documentation, and apply for PTWs.

They will also support the Project Manager in tracking project scope, cost, and timeline. The candidate must ensure compliance with quality, safety, and health standards.

The successful candidate will oversee electrical systems installation, including wiring, power distribution, and control systems for tools and utilities. They will also collaborate on integration of chemical and electrical systems for seamless operation.

In addition, they will perform ad-hoc project duties as assigned.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in microelectronics, semiconductor, cleanroom, or fab construction.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of ultra-pure piping (UHP), chemical & waste systems, slurry systems, bulk/specialty gases, UPW, drains, exhaust, and electrical utilities.
