Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our software development processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, conducting thorough testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Strategies: Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct Thorough Testing: Plan, execute, and document comprehensive testing activities to validate software functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing needs, and develop effective solutions.
  • Identify and Resolve Defects: Analyze and troubleshoot issues, and develop corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical team members, to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: 9+ years experience in an IT Quality role, with expertise in automation frameworks, scripting languages, and software quality assurance testing.
