Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and experience in quality assurance, with a focus on ensuring compliance and excellence in all aspects of the job.
About the Role
This is a senior-level position responsible for leading quality assurance efforts across various projects and teams. The successful candidate will have expertise in quality management systems, inspection procedures, and documentation control. They will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, and ensure that all quality-related processes are well-documented and compliant with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
* Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks
* Ensure accurate and timely documentation of quality-related processes and procedures
* Conduct training and coaching to promote quality awareness and best practices among team members
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality assurance, engineering, science)
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a similar industry (plastic moulding)
* Strong technical knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and documentation control
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate quality risks
