Job Description

The Derivatives Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end trade life cycle of exchange traded derivatives operations, encompassing futures and options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of trade lifecycle, including oversight of trade execution, confirmation, settlement, and reporting.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless trade processing and effective risk management.
  • Development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in derivatives operations, preferably with a focus on futures and options.
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms, market data feeds, and related systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics.
