Derivatives Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Derivatives Operations Professional to join our team. As a key member of our investment operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate management of derivatives trades.
**Job Description**:
The Derivatives Operations Professional will work closely with our investment teams and technology group to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement. This role involves processing trades for various derivatives instruments, providing asset servicing, and facilitating prompt receipt and matching of trade confirmations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process trades for exchange-traded and over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives
- Provide asset servicing for both exchange-traded and OTC derivatives
- Ensure prompt receipt and matching of trade confirmations
- Facilitate timely settlement of all trades across global markets
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in investment operations, preferably with a focus on derivatives
- Skills:
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
