Enterprise Agreement Manager Overview

About This Role
  • This position oversees and manages the organization's Enterprise Agreement programs.
  • The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience managing enterprise agreements, software licensing or IT procurement.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale contracts and vendor negotiations is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of software licensing models, compliance issues and cost management strategies is required.
Responsibilities
  1. Program Management: End-to-end management of the Enterprise Agreement lifecycle, including negotiation, renewal, compliance and optimization.
  2. Contract Management & Reporting: Ensures all Enterprise Agreements are properly documented, tracked and renewed within agreed-upon timeframes.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with sales and technical teams to assess and provide creative and cost-effective licensing bundles to customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience running financial models and Excel proficiency with immaculate attention to detail on numbers.
  • Subject matter expertise and financial modeling skills are highly desirable.
  • Cybersecurity certifications and product knowledge are a huge advantage.
