We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at UMS PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing vendor payments, accounts payable data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process vendor payments and expenses in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform accounts payable data entry, reconciliations, and record maintenance
  • Manage petty cash, process claims, and prepare GST reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Finance Department

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work effectively in a team
  • Proficient in English and MS Office applications
  • Prior experience in Epicor, ERP, or SAP an advantage
