Job Title: Office of Finance

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Careers@Gov.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming receipts via various channels, including Nets, Cheque, GIRO, Credit Cards, and ePayment.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations of collection exercises and sub-systems' collections/charges.
  • Handle cash vouchers, including requisition and distribution.
  • Process student PSEA and Skills Future submissions.
  • Bank in cheques.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with financial systems is an advantage.
  • Meticulous and able to adapt to changes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and able to meet deadlines.
