Laboratory Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled QC Technologist to join our team. As a QC Technologist, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the quality control laboratory equipment, preparing lab reagents and buffer solutions, and managing retention samples and production samples.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and calibrating laboratory equipment such as weighing balances, pH meters, and titration tools.
- Preparing lab reagents, buffer solutions, apparatus, tools, and agar plates for microbial testing.
- Managing retention samples, production samples, and in-coming raw materials for QC testing.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Food Science, Chemical Process Technology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a laboratory environment.
- Experience with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer would be an asset.
