Job Title:
Quality Control Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our team in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Perform quality control tests and tasks in a timely manner, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
2. Manage and perform calibration, maintenance, and qualification of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
3. Participate in laboratory efficiency improvement initiatives and analytical method development to enhance process effectiveness.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
