Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage all facets of Human Resources and Health & Safety for our workforce. This role will also involve overseeing office administration and serving as the primary contact for our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, employee relations, and benefits management.
  • Assist management in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payments and maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate insurance claims processing for various policies including Group Hospital & Surgical and Work Injury.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and managing office resources.
  • Maintain an accurate employee database and manage the Time Management System for payroll processing.
  • Supervise the company's security protocols and transportation operations.
  • Support corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing company-wide meetings and engagement sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Health & Safety role.
  • No prior HR experience is necessary; training will be provided.
  • Experience with managing blue-collar workers is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local labor and health & safety laws.
