Job Title: Global Inventory Control Specialist

Job Description:

As a Global Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of global inventory teams. These teams are primarily responsible to support production operation execution, focusing on line management to ensure output and cycle time meet commitment.

  • Metric Management: Lead the development, standardization, benchmarking, and continuous improvement for metrics, business processes, and best practices across the network. Govern ground rules and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Optimize inventory and line performance for the network by analyzing performance data and providing direction through concept of Line Management and Inventory Management to meet business plan. Forecast potential roadblocks in inventory management and develop mitigation plans.

  • Supply Chain Management: Maintain open communication with Supply Chain teams to understand upcoming changes and develop plans that support Qual and Sample schedule to meet customer demand.

Key skills required for this role include project management, leadership, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control or production planning and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive results and improve overall efficiency. They will also contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex problems and provide guidance and training to team members as needed.
