Job Title: Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing business strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic & Operational Support: Assist in the development and implementation of business plans, coordinate and monitor key projects, conduct research, and prepare reports.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives, facilitate communication among departments, and monitor performance indicators.
  • Business Performance Monitoring: Analyze business data and market trends, track and report KPIs, budgets, and operational metrics, and support financial forecasting and resource planning.
  • Administrative & HR Support: Manage internal documentation, SOPs, and company policies, support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations, and coordinate meetings, events, and corporate communications.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, identify potential risks in operations, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, 2–5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or administrative roles, and experience in a fast-paced environment or multi-branch organization.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools, fluency in English, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualities:
  • High attention to detail, adaptability and willingness to learn, proactive problem solver, and strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

This role offers progression into senior roles such as Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, Strategy Analyst, and General Manager.
