As a KYC Associate, you will oversee the team in managing the Know Your Customer (KYC) of Wealth Management APAC clients, focusing on Periodic Renewals.

Your primary objective will be to help the team achieve high performance and quality while adhering to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC policies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the team's pipeline/performance against key metrics and objectives, consistently helping the team meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide expert guidance and support to the team, enabling them to make well-informed decisions based on established guidelines, policies, and insights.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration, prioritizing client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the escalation point for the team.
  • Engage in collaborative discussions with partners/stakeholders to drive progress, streamline processes, address challenges, and enhance controls.
  • Evaluate and propose innovative solutions to strengthen internal controls and processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain a comprehensive and efficient process.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in KYC or related fields, with a thorough understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record in team management and process optimization, with the ability to delve into intricate details.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, combined with exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
