Job Opportunity: Digital Marketing and Event Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our school's marketing strategy, enhance brand visibility, and drive enrolment.

Digital Marketing Management

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including content creation, updates, and audience engagement.
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure impactful marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for school-related events.

Event Planning and Strategy

The ideal candidate will create engaging content for event promotion, develop and implement marketing strategies, promote events through various channels, analyse event marketing campaigns, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and secure suitable venues, vendors, and speakers.
  • Develop event agendas and promotional materials.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, audio-visual equipment, and registration.

School Branding and Visual Presentation

The event manager will support faculty in maintaining a cohesive visual presentation of public areas, noticeboards, and student work displays that align with the school's brand and values.

Collaboration and Communication

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution, communicate effectively with event stakeholders, and manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, event management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience in various digital and print marketing platforms.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Post-Event Analysis

The event manager will analyse event data and prepare reports on event performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for future events.
