We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Instrumentation Tender Coordinator to join our team.
- Maintain confidentiality throughout the tender process.
- Review tender documents, identify customer requirements, and coordinate inter-department inputs for inclusion in tender submissions.
- Prepare technical and commercial clarification post review of tender documents.
- Identify third-party/subcontract scope of services and obtain proposals from suitable vendors/subcontractors.
- Evaluate and negotiate third-party proposals.
- Prepare cost estimates for assigned projects and conduct risk reviews.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals for submission.
Required Skills:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Instrumentation.
- Process and instrumentation technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and PowerPoint.
