Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Risk Management Specialist, responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide risk management practices. This role plays a crucial part in safeguarding the organization's assets, reputation, and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective risk management strategies
  • Coordinating and facilitating ERM initiatives
  • Educating and training staff on risk reporting and monitoring
  • Performing secretariat duties for ERM committees and taskforces
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • At least 4 years of working experience in risk management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in data analysis and analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Good project management and administrative skills, with competency in Microsoft Office applications
