Job Summary

We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team at HarbourtFront. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities and the ability to work independently.

About the Role

This is a temporary position that requires the successful candidate to work on a variety of tasks including invoice generation, data entry and bank file management. The successful candidate will be required to work during payroll peak periods (end of the month – first week of the next month).

Responsibilities

  • Generate invoices and reports
  • Enter data accurately into our database system (Payroll software)
  • Manage bank files
  • Upload invoices to an external online platform
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments

Requirements

  • Minimum A level qualification
  • Familiarity with MS Excel
  • Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm. The salary for this position is $14 per hour.

Salary Information
