Job Title: Senior Security Supervisor

At Dyson Operations Pte. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our security functions across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all site deployments are carried out in accordance with site requirements.
  • Coordinate the distribution of site officers' welfare items, stationery, equipment, memos, letters, and forms.
  • Manage leave applications, including MCs and other related matters.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports for site deployment monitoring.
  • Coordinate the submission of weekly rosters for all allocated sites.
  • Manage shortfalls at sites, including dynamic redeployment.
  • Plan and schedule training for security personnel in alignment with PWM requirements.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection of security personnel.
  • Manage payments for security operations functions, goods, and services.
  • Establish and maintain liaison with other countries' security representatives on security needs and requirements.
  • Develop and deliver security induction materials for Dyson employees and contractors' personnel.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in operating effectively in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Proven experience in security service management in a large-scale facility (minimum 5 years of experience in a related field).
  • Report writing and presentation skills.
  • Able to perform shift work, work on weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Skills for setting up standard operation procedures.
