We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our dynamic APAC Regulatory team. As a Senior Regulatory Counsel, you will play a crucial role in advising internal and external stakeholders on regulatory matters, enabling Adyen to create unique business opportunities while making ethical choices.

Your responsibilities will include providing strategic regulatory advice, leading regulatory engagements, anticipating and identifying key regulatory obligations and integrity risks, and ensuring these are addressed in a practical and scalable way.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • You have 10+ years' experience in a regulatory and/or legal function focused on payments, financial services, and/or fintech industry;
  • You are knowledgeable in the payments, financial services, and/or fintech industry;
  • You have a strong sense of initiative, independence, and ability to take ownership enabling you to contribute to a fast-growing business;
  • You are an analytical and critical thinker who finds creative solutions for complex regulatory challenges enabling business opportunities while staying in control;
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as experience in managing relationships with internal stakeholders and/or regulators;
