Learning Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to join our team and drive impactful learning transformation initiatives. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with one of our largest clients to understand and address their challenges amidst an organization-wide learning transformation.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business strategy and be able to translate that into effective learning solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze learning needs and redesign processes to ensure alignment with learning objectives and improve efficiency of resources used towards learning efforts.

To qualify for this role, you must have at least 7 years of working experience, including 5 years in management consulting. Proven ability to build valued relationships with stakeholders is essential, as well as a passion for creating a positive learning culture and coaching and developing team members and clients.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support client in their transformation journey with learning transformation efforts
  • Perform analyses of learning needs and redesign learning processes to ensure alignment with learning objectives and improve efficiency of resources used towards learning efforts
  • Improve the effectiveness of learning programs to more effectively achieve desired business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelors in business, Commerce, Human Resources Management and/or other relevant disciplines
  • Certificates in ACTA/ACLP 1.0 or 2.0 is preferred
  • At least 7 years of working experiences including 5 years in management consulting role
  • Proven ability to build valued relationships with stakeholders
  • Passion to create a positive learning culture, to coach and develop team members and clients
  • Good communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English
